Earning and Spending

Our volunteer program is designed to be a win-win. By contributing your time, you directly lower the costs of racing for yourself or others. We track every hour worked to ensure you receive the credit you’ve earned toward your next event or training session.

Step 1:

Register
  1. Create a free account at motorsportreg.com — this is how we track your volunteer hours and apply your credits.
  2. Sign up on the volunteer sheet for each round you’d like to volunteer at.

Step 2:

Contact Volunteer Coordinator

When you’re ready, reach out to volunteer@utahsbk.com to learn about the duties our Volunteer Coordinator has available. If you’ve signed up using the volunteer sheet, our coordinator will get in touch with you. They will assign you a duty and will give you all the other info you need to get started.

Step 3:

Volunteer and Earn Credits!

1HR = $15 for every hour worked, you are awarded a $15 credit that can be applied towards racing fees or an ART class. Additionally, if you volunteer, but don’t have any desire to participate in racing or an ART class, you can donate your hours to anyone that races or wants to take an ART class. Awarded credits expire one year after issuing so don’t let them sit for too long! $150 bonus for anyone who volunteers at every round of Superbike or Supermoto!

Novice Racers

Novice racers are no longer required to volunteer in order to keep championship points. Volunteering is still a great way to offset race fees and help our racing community!
